Our Hot Massage Mitt is a large, microwavable mitt with an oval shape and fleece covering. It has a pocket for your hand & is great for "hot massage" techniques, or just let the moist heat soothe tired, aching hands. Similar to our "All-Purpose Square," uses for our Hot Massage Mitt are limited only by your imagination!

With this "dual-purpose" Mitt, you can slip your hand into the pocket and massage that bad knee (or whatever hurts!), and at the same time the moist heat will soothe your aching knuckles! The New Hampshire Hand Therapy Association has been recommending this mitt for several years. It helps alleviate aches & pain for those suffering with arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Reynaud's Syndrome and other debilitating conditions.
